Amazing!I have visiting this salon for almost 5 years now!Wow.. Mindy and her husband are very friendly, professional and always try to accommodate me when is possible.Mindy always do her work with care and perfection.She is always attentive with her clients, she knows what I want and the way I like to have my manicure and pedicure done. She always personalize her service! This review is late but I still want to rave about the experience. I planned a spa day with my mother with full acrylic sets and pedicures but was unable to attend myself but made sure she went herself. My god did her nails and toes turn out great. They are absolutely stunning , sturdy and they did the best the could to recreate the reference photo she brought. They treated her amazingly and she has nothing but wonderful things to say about them. I am booking again with them right now! Would recommend to anyone!

I was so impressed with my manicure and pedicure. Great prices and amazing service (Ann was fantastic!). If you are looking for an affordable place to pamper yourself, this is the place to go! Don't skip out on a pedicure- the sugar scrub and hot stone massage was such a lovely surprise.

I really enjoy going to Radiance. Mindy and her team are great and everyone there is a professional! We definitely bonded over our shared name 😂They get very busy on weekends and evenings, so if you are going then, make sure you have a bit of extra time, but it’s definitely worth it! I have been going to the salon since November 2020, and Wendy has been my tech for the last 3 months and she always does a great job!First photo is from Christmas, second photo is my current set 😊

Great customer service! I got acrylics and shellac pedicure done. I showed one of the girls a picture of what I wanted my acrylics to look like and it was exactly like the picture. If you book an appointment, they will take their time with you!I also broke one of my nails three days later and the manager, Mindy, told me to come in so they can fix it and I had no problems with getting it fixed right away.

I was absolutely happy with my nails, the atmosphere and service they provided. I felt safe and they had a very clean atmosphere. The women who did my nails was so phenomenal with the way she executed the design I asked for. She did lay out the pricing before so there was no surprise fees. There was always someone checking in and cleaning the work stations.

All of the staff here are so kind and friendly, which is great while getting your nails done. They are open to all sorts of designs, trying to do whatever they can. The atmosphere is very relaxing, with nice music. Will be going here until I don't want my nails done anymore.

This is by far the best nail place I’ve been to!! They were lovely to talk to on the phone and when I came in for my appointment, they offered me something to drink (water, Pepsi...), the lady who did my nails was so friendly and she executed my nails wonderfully!! Overall I love it there and highly highly recommend 🙂

Beautiful clean and peaceful spa experience. I felt like the gal working on my nails was thoughtful of what was best suited for my nails and took great care in making certain the polish was perfect and dry between coats. Assuring that my nails would last and not smudge leaving the salonI will definitely go back for other services including a pedicure while soaking up that luxurious massage chair!!Thank you!

This was my first time at Radiance Nails and Spa and I had the best experience! Everyone was so kind. My nails turned out amazing because of how close they pay attention to detail. This was my first visit to Radiance Nails and Spa. Everything went very well from online booking to the end result! The salon is very clean and relaxing. As soon as I walked in, I could tell the salon was managed well. I was warmly welcomed and offered a beverage. My technician was great. She was very friendly and patient. I loved the care and attention she put into my new set of UV gel nails. Only issue I had, was a small slice on my skin, made by the nail file. It happens and god knows I have done it to myself many times. I will definitely be back and next time I will bring my daughter with me.

I had a terrific experience at Radiance, Ann was great and took the time to make sure my nails were shaped and manicured properly. I've had issues with shellac polish chipping at other salons but none here. Very reasonably priced also, I highly recommend!

I went here for the first time last week and had a lovely experience. I have been looking for a good nail salon in town because I’ve had such inconsistent experiences at others. A friend recommended Mindy at Radiance Nails and I am so happy with my experience. The booking feature online is so convenient and easy to use, they have a wide variety of colours. I also liked that Mindy offered to make my shellac stronger by adding more layers which is something I’ve had trouble with at other salons. I’m excited to come back! 🙂

Mindy, the owner at Radiance Nails, is lovely, professional, and incredibly talented. I have been a client of Mindy’s for the past 3 years and will not go anywhere else for shellac, or acrylic manicures. Radiance Nails is clean, spacious and relaxing. Loved this place! Me and my mom visited for the first time for pedicures and manicures and we both left very satisfied with the services provided! I had Ann as my technician and she was awesome! Ann was very diligent and shaped my nails better than any other nail tech I have seen in the last 3 years. Pedicures were basic but extremely relaxing and enjoyable! We will be back - 10/10 would recommend!!!

Yesterday, I visited Radiance for the first time. I liked that I could email to request an appointment and they replied quickly via text. During my appointment Ann took great care of me and the ambiance was so relaxing. I had a great manicure and pedicure and will be back again.

I love this place so much that I literally drive 25 minutes out of my way to get here. Mindy is so sweet and really makes you feel cared for. I've never felt rushed during my nail appointments, and she genuinely seems invested in making your nails turn out as perfect as they can be - my gel nails lasted for over a month! Add in the relaxing atmosphere and the fantastic price point, this place can't be beat!

Been in the neighborhood three years and Just found this gem. Super happy with the quality of the Nails. I never get my hands done cuz they never last so I only get my feet done. but this time I did my hands and I’m so happy with them. It’s been three weeks since I got shellac on my hands and they still look amazing. If my nails didn’t grow out I would never have to get them re-done. Very happy I will definitely bring going back. It’s also super quiet and easy to get into.

I love this nail salon. My nails are always quality and very strong. I’ve fell off my bike before and my nails still didn’t break. The price is very reasonable for the nails you are getting. My favourite part of my visit is the staff, they are so kind and show their care to every costumer! Never had a bad experience, always my go to nail salon!

I researched a lot of different places in Calgary and Radiance was the one I decided to try. I'm so glad I chose to go there, the staff are super friendly, the price for a new set of nails was only $55 (compared to other places which is usually around 75), and they have online booking. They were very fast, my new set only took about an hour and they were still great quality. Will definitely go there again.

I love coming to get my nails done here. The staff is excellent and very friendly. They take their time to make sure everything looks good for my nails. I live pretty far from this nail salon but it's worth the drive to get my nails done here. The place is very clean and they do a great job of cleaning considering the situation we are all in now. Definitely would recommend coming here. Excellent quality and affordable prices.

Great service, went there on a Sunday, got an idea from their instagram page and ask them to do it for me and it looked great. First time a manager from a nail salon messages me to check on me and see how my nails were, unfortunately due to unknown reason, they were cracking, Mindy asked me to come back and they would fix them for me for free. Great service and my nails look great.

I have been going to see Mindy since before she opened her new salon (which might I add, is absolutely gorgeous!) She is an amazing, very thorough nail technician who pays a lot of attention to detail, never rushes, and always makes you feel welcome and your opinions important. Whenever I’m in need of a fill or even a full blown set, she always manages to squeeze me in. Me always being as annoyingly picky as I am, she always does an outstanding job and I’ve never had anything bad to say about the work she’s done! I have gone through a lot of pricey nail techs but she is very affordable and her and her husband run such a wonderful business together, and I will never be going anywhere else!Thanks Mindy for the past years and years to come of great service!

been coming here for a year. Mindy does a fantastic job with nails however today I had an experience that makes me not want to come back. I came in to remove shellac and get a gel overlay, when I sat in the chair I asked if we could do extensions. Mindy replied and said it was busy, she could do extensions if they had time but if not she asked if gel on my natural nails was okay, which was perfectly fine with me. While I was waiting for my shellac to soak off, I picked out two colours, one if I got extensions and one if I had to get gel on my natural nails. Once the shellac was taken off, the man asked if it was okay to clip my nails for extensions and I said yes, so in my head Mindy did have time for extensions. He put the fake tips on and I waited for a long time, and I was asked to move chairs. Finally Mindy comes over to me, she is prepping my nails for bio gel, and in between her taking my hand and me putting it inside the light, I guess I’m moving too slow for her because she says “it’s very busy.” As if I should be moving so fast to give her my hand.I understand that it is busy, however that is not my problem. You shouldn’t be taking more clients than you can handle. Getting my nails done has always been a relaxing experience. It’s something I always look forward to. However today I felt rushed, I was moved from chair to chair to accommodate new clients. I felt Mindy was rushed too and because of that I’m very unhappy with my nails. When I moved seats again for the second time, the man painted my nails and all I wanted was a French tip. After he did the first hand I was unhappy with them but at this point I just wanted to get out of there. I didn’t even let him do a second layer cause I’m honestly not sure what he could have done to make it any better. He asked me if I had somewhere to be after the appointment, I didn’t, I just felt like I didn’t matter. I paid and I didn’t tip, and I cried in the parking lot before leaving because of how unhappy I was.I would have been happier if I was told “sorry we are so busy we can only do gel on your natural nails.” I would have understood, but because they had time I thought it would be okay. Unfortunately to complete my service they had to sacrifice the quality of work. I already made an appointment with a different salon just to have these removed.

Always excellent service, my shellac nails literally last for a month without chipping, and if you want a different colour for an accent nail or you want a glitter top coat they do it for no extra cost! Super honest as well - I overpaid once and didn't notice. She made sure to call me and explain the mistake, and inquired whether I want a refund or to save it for next time in my account. Mindy wasn't even the person who did my nails, so I assume it came up in conversation and she made sure to correct the error once she found out. Super recommended!
